Vapetto needed a brand and campaign that would cut through a crowded market and speak directly to smokers considering making the switch to vaping.
The "Vape Crusaders" concept gave the campaign a superhero theme — positioning Vapetto products as tools for transformation. The idea gave the brand energy, humour and standout in a category that often felt clinical or dull. It worked across every format: exhibition stands, posters, van branding, counter cards and printed consumer guides (both a Smoker's Guide and a Vaper's Guide).
